Resonance is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a prime contractor for the new USAID Human Institutional Capacity Development for Critical Priority Countries (HICDPro CPC) IDIQ contract. This 5-year contract will support USAID efforts to build the capacity and sustainability of public and private organizations in high-priority countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, South Sudan and elsewhere.

According to Nazgul Abdrazakova, Resonance’s President, “We are absolutely thrilled to be selected by USAID for the HICDPro CPC IDIQ. This contract will give USAID the tools it needs to build effective and sustainable local partners – be they government ministries, civil society NGOs or even private businesses – a key objective of USAID Forward.”

USAID’s Human Institutional Capacity Development methodology is anchored in proven performance improvement strategies and is designed to ensure a collaborative and responsive process to improving organizational improvement. “As a Certified Performance Technologist, it is exciting to have the opportunity to deliver proven performance improvement capabilities in some of the most challenging development contexts. The USAID HICD approach will prove to be a powerful complement to more traditional technical assistance and training programs in these important countries,” stated Tom Buck, Deputy Director and manager of the IDIQ for Resonance.
