Data Management Analyst, PEPSE

Manager, Project Operations

As a member of Resonance’s Project Operations team, the Manager will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Resonance’s projects throughout the project life cycle. S/he will provide guidance and practical support to the project management units on all matters related to project financial management, operations, contract and subcontract management, and compliance. The Director, Natural Capital, leads the growth of the Natural Capital portfolio, manages staff and resourcing, and serves as a thought leader across the company. The Director leads his/her team in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing relevant business development opportunities with donor agencies and commercial clients, and provides strategic technical direction for the growth of the practice area. In addition, s/he manages the team’s workflow and oversees all aspects of project implementation.The Natural Capital practice’s work spans numerous aspects of natural resource management, including: sustainable fishing, access to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), integrated water management, climate resiliency and adaptation, biodiversity conservation, and land tenure and policy. Technical Director, PEPSE

Resonance is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team in the role of Technical Director on the 5-year, $24 million, Promoting Excellence in Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) project, which works to support the integration of private sector engagement (PSE) across the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). With guidance from the US Global Development Lab’s Center for Transformational Partnerships (CTP), the Technical Director will work closely with the Project Director, PEPSE team members and other stakeholders (e.g. Resonance and PEPSE network consultants, subcontractors) to provide on-demand support to missions, bureaus, and independent offices (MBIOs) to develop and implement private sector engagement (PSE) strategies and initiatives. The Technical Director will be responsible for technical leadership and management of a portfolio of PSE technical and implementation support, training, and strategic advisory engagements. Primary tasks include: working with CTP and MBIOs to define the purpose and measures of success behind specific assignments, structuring appropriate SOWs, engagement teams, and implementation plans; and collaborating with CTP to deliver high-quality advisory services to client MBIOs. Further, s/he will help PEPSE contribute to CTP’s thought leadership in the areas of private sector engagement and partnership. S/he will play a key role in achieving PEPSE’s goals of facilitating knowledge sharing, networking, and providing data-driven tools for PSE practitioners within USAID. Senior Associate, Impact Investing

The Senior Associate will play a key role on the Impact Investing team, while also serving across Resonance’s practice areas as a technical resource on topics such as investment opportunity identification & evaluation, capital raising advisory services, and investment strategy development such as structuring result-based financing mechanisms. S/he will play a critical technical role in providing expert advice on mobilizing investment and private capital for development objectives on behalf of Resonance clients (donor agencies, corporations, and non-profits around the world). Resonance is seeking a thoughtful, creative and entrepreneurial Manager to put Resonance at the forefront of cross-sector collaboration, putting cutting-edge thinking and insight into practice. The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the Partnership Journey©, including product design, tools, methodologies, marketing, staff/client training and knowledge management. Since 2005, Resonance has been a pioneer in designing, facilitating, brokering and managing high-impact cross-sector partnerships among companies, donors and NGOs. In 2017, Resonance began consolidating all of its knowledge and experience in partnerships into a new product, the Partnership Journey©. The Manager is expected to be 40% billable to partnership-focused client engagements, providing the Manager with a first-hand understanding of client needs and challenges. Innovation Portfolio Specialist, USAID Catalyst Project (Consultant)

Business Development Consultant - Donor Opportunity Tracking

Resonance is in the process of developing a new tool to better track, manage and curate emerging procurements and solicitations among a number of US and international donors. As a part of this process, we are looking for a tech savvy business development consultant to map various donor databases and develop a dashboard where donor opportunities can be tracked and curated for various business units. The goal of this consultancy is to move quickly and efficiently to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) and get it in front of users quickly – by the end of February 2019. The tool will be further refined and tailored based on user feedback – a process that may lead to subsequent engagements with the consultant.
