Project Operations Manager
As a member of Resonance’s Project Operations team, the Project Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of Resonance’s projects throughout the project life cycle. S/he will provide guidance and practical support to the project management units on all matters related to project financial management, operations, contract and subcontract management, and compliance. S/he will also support the implementation of Resonance’s business development strategy by participating in the proposal development process in a variety of roles. The Project Operations Manager will be based in Washington, DC, or Burlington, VT, and will work in close collaboration with Resonance’s project staff and other departments within the company. S/he will report to the Project Operations Director.
Subject Matter Experts: Monitoring & Evaluation, Ukraine
Resonance is seeking Monitoring & Evaluation Subject Matter Experts for an anticipated task under USAID Ukraine. The purpose of the activity is to strengthen the capacity of USAID Ukraine to adapt and manage USAID’s economic development programming in the context of eastern Ukraine. Senior Technical Advisor - M&E and Economic Growth, Ukraine
Resonance seeks a Senior Technical Advisor to oversee evaluation for an anticipated task under USAID Ukraine. Enterprise & Partnerships Specialist, Tanzania
Resonance is currently recruiting for an Enterprise & Partnerships Specialist for a USAID-funded project in Tanzania. The project — the USAID-funded Tanzania Water Resources Integration Development Initiative (WARIDI) — is a five-year project based out of Morogoro, working in up to 20 administrative districts in the Wami-Ruvu and Rufiji river basins. The project seeks to: • Increase utilization of sustainable multiple-use water and sanitation services; • Strengthen governance for sustainable and resilient management of water resources and services; • Increase livelihoods through private sector investment opportunities for sustainable water services and resource management; and • Strengthen resilience of coastal livelihoods and ecosystems to climate change. The Enterprise & Partnerships Specialist will be a full-time position, based in the WARIDI project office in Morogoro, Tanzania.
Assistant, Commercial Practice
Resonance is seeking candidates to join our dynamic team in the role of Assistant to support our work with commercial clients. Working closely with Resonance leaders in Seattle, Burlington and Manila, the Assistant will provide critical administrative and business development to support the growth of our work with a diverse range of corporate, foundation and NGO clients worldwide. The Assistant will be an integral part of Resonance’s growing Commercial Practice, which focuses on providing consulting and advisory services in support of sustainability strategies in frontier markets in Africa, Asia and Latin America. This is a great opportunity for a junior-level professional looking to grow in a fast-paced and mission-focused environment. Senior Manager, Secure Communities
The Senior Manager in the Secure Communities/Human Capital practice area will lead project management activities for current and anticipated contracts focused on governance, youth development, workforce development, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and countering violent extremism (CVE). The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Secure Communities & Human Capital. This will be a full-time position based in Washington, D. C.

Resonance is seeking a Migration Expert to provide technical leadership on the performance of the United Israel Appeal (UIA) in providing integration related services to program beneficiaries from 2016-2018. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager
Resonance is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to provide technical expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning across our practice areas. S/he will create and implement MEL strategies both during proposal development and project implementation, and will be responsible for ensuring that MEL project deliverables are on-time and of high quality. Senior Communications & Engagement Lead, Promoting Excellence In Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) Project
Resonance is seeking candidates for the role of Senior Communications & Engagement Lead on our USAID-funded Promoting Excellence in Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) project. The Senior Communications & Engagement Lead will be responsible for overall communications of the program, ensuring strategic coordination among various efforts and consistency in messaging. S/he will oversee all forms of outreach (internal and external), communications, and promotion, and support communications and organization around events, including the logistical and communication components, and will work in concert with co-sponsors of events. PEPSE provides institutional support services to the Center for Transformational Partnerships (CTP) at USAID, including support for a variety of technical workstreams. As a result, the Senior Communications & Engagement Lead also engages in communications review for materials addressing the delivery of technical advisory services, training, and data and insights.This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, reporting to the PEPSE Project Director.

International Trade (Standards) Specialist
Resonance is seeking International Trade (Standards) Specialist candidates for the USAID Trade and Competitiveness Activity (TCA). The project is supporting the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Economic Growth, Education and Environment (E3) Office of Trade and Regulatory Reform (TRR) to provide technical support to USAID Missions, USAID/Washington bureaus, and other United States Government (USG) operating units to design, implement, and evaluate a broad range of activities related to trade and investment, private sector development, and regulatory reform. Within this scope, TCA is supporting TRR as it works with interagency partners to ensure that USAID’s development programming is supporting USAID partner countries to formulate internationally recognized standards that allow for U.S. businesses to compete and for partner countries to meet standards necessary for increasing their exports and consumer safety. The International Trade Specialist would have deep technical expertise in trade standards. Standards are key to free and fair-trade, opening market access, providing economies of scale, and encouraging innovation. The International Trade Specialist, as USAID’s point of contact on standards, would provide management and advisory services to U.S. Government Agencies and the private sector. Specifically, the individual fulfilling this position would have expertise on, and provide advisory support in technical barriers to trade, sanitary and phytosanitary standards for agriculture, and zoological and veterinary standards for animals and meat. This will be a temporary full-time position based in Washington, DC, and reporting to the TCA Chief of Party (a Resonance employee).

The Analyst will provide critical project implementation support, specifically focused on a new USAID-funded project improving sustainable fisheries in the Philippines. S/he will also work across practice areas to assist with new business development, project management, and client engagement. This is a full-time position based in Manila, Philippines, reporting to Resonance's Director for Asia. Ability to travel 20% internationally for period of up to three weeks on short notice required.

Resonance, an award-winning global development consulting firm based in Burlington, VT, is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee and manage all financial and accounting activities. The Director of Finance will serve as part of the senior leadership team to implement strategic goals of the company. S/he will supervise the Accounting staff and will work closely with the President and senior leadership to drive the financial performance of the company. S/he will be responsible for managing risk, developing and implementing financial procedures to both improve and sustain the financial health of the company. Resonance is seeking qualified technical experts for USAID’s anticipated Food Security Service Center (FSSC) Follow-on, focused on nutrition and agriculture. FSSC is designed to help USAID’s Bureau of Food of Food Security support and implement Feed the Future strategies, programming, and initiatives through the deployment of short- to medium-term expertise in Washington, D.C. and Feed the Future countries, focused on improving food security, including agricultural development, gender integration, improved nutrition, and strengthened resilience.
