Subject Matter Experts: Data & Evidence For Education Programs (DEEP)

Resonance is seeking subject matter experts to provide support in a consulting capacity for the anticipated USAID Bureau of Economic Growth, Education and Environment (E3/ED) Data and Evidence for Education Programs (DEEP) project. The goal of the DEEP project will be collecting, analyzing and reporting education data to track progress towards meeting and refining strategic objectives, as outlined in USAID’s Education Strategy. The activity aims to provide an evidence base to inform future education programming by (1) creating rigorous data management and monitoring systems that track the achievement of E3/ED strategic goals and results (2) conducting ongoing analyses and producing learning products to share USAID Education sector data, and (3) providing technical assistance and training to promote data utilization within USAID and across its partners.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will provide critical business development and proposal management support across business units. S/he will support support technical teams in identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing business development opportunities, focused on donor partners, including USAID, State Department, DFID, DFAT and others. The Business Development Manager will serve as a hub for Resonance’s Business Development needs across practices, coordinating pipeline development, managing proposals, monitoring proposal progress, and providing strategic analysis of Business Development efforts. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, Zambia

Resonance is seeking candidates to join our team in the role of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist for our USAID-funded Access for All project in Lusaka, Zambia. The M&E Specialist will lead the activity’s monitoring, evaluation and research efforts. S/he will develop monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems that correspond to the project’s approved Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP) and include appropriate indicators, baseline data, targets and a plan to evaluate performance and produce timely, accurate and complete reporting.This is a full-time position based in Lusaka, Zambia, reporting to the Project Director.

Chief of Party, Advancing Women’s Empowerment Framework (AWEF)

Resonance  is seeking Chief of Party (COP) candidates for the anticipated USAID Bureau for Food Security activity, Advancing Women’s Empowerment Framework (AWEF). AWEF will support USG agencies, missions, and implementing partners (IPs) to enhance existing and future Feed the Future and Global Food Security Strategy (GFSS) programming through evidence-based efforts to increase women’s participation, productivity, profit, and benefit in agriculture and food systems. Private Sector Engagement Specialist, Senegal

Resonance is seeking a Private Sector Engagement Specialist for an anticipated USAID-funded project focused on fisheries biodiversity and livelihoods in Senegal. The anticipated five-year project will focus on improving sustainable fishing practices and economic security of fishing communities in the country. The Private Sector Engagement Specialist will lead the development of public-private partnership initiatives for this project – exploring, implementing, and advocating for opportunities to engage the private sector, public sector, and community groups in innovative, shared value partnerships to advance project goals. S/he will provide technical expertise on public-private partnership development, including strategies for outreach to the private sector. S/he will also represent Resonance on public-private sector issues at technical, policy and strategic planning meetings, including meetings with collaborators and donors. This will be a five-year, full-time position, based in Senegal, and reporting to the project’s Chief of Party.
