Manager, Partnership Services

Resonance is seeking a thoughtful, creative and entrepreneurial Manager to put Resonance at the forefront of cross-sector collaboration, putting cutting-edge thinking and insight into practice. The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the Partnership Journey, including product design, tools, methodologies, marketing, staff/client training and knowledge management. Since 2005, Resonance has been a pioneer in designing, facilitating, brokering and managing high-impact cross-sector partnerships among companies, donors and NGOs. In 2017, Resonance began consolidating all of its knowledge and experience in partnerships into a new product, the Partnership Journey. The Manager is expected to be 40% billable to partnership-focused client engagements, providing the Manager with a first-hand understanding of client needs and challenges. Private Sector Engagement Specialist For Responsible Recruitment (Thailand)

Resonance seeks candidates for a Private Sector Engagement Specialist (PSES) for the five-year United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Asia CTIP project, for which Winrock International is the prime implementing organization and Resonance is a sub-implementer leading private sector engagement (PSE) and partnership development. USAID Asia CTIP is a regional project funded through USAID’s Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) which is entering year four of implementation. The PSES for Responsible Recruitment will be based in Winrock’s office in Bangkok, Thailand (or, if the PSES is remote, they will work closely with the Bangkok-based staff), and will lead PSE efforts with the primary focus of supporting responsible recruitment of workers within and across borders in Asia in order to reduce the prevalence of trafficking in persons. They will work closely with Resonance’s Senior Private Sector Engagement Specialist (SPSES) currently supporting PSE and partnership development on behalf of the project to support a coordinated and impactful approach to PSE. Counterfeit Medicine Consultant

Resonance is seeking an international consultant with appropriate expertise and academic background to support a Benin-based advisor tasked with supporting and strengthening the Government of Benin’s Direction of Essential Medicines (DPMED). The local advisor shall also assist DPMED to coordinate and implement related activities. Grants Manager, Catalyst Project

Resonance is seeking candidates for the role Grants Manager on our USAID-funded Catalyst project. The Grants Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager and Program Assistant of the Complex Crisis team, as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that the project’s deliverables are achieved in compliance with the requirements of the Catalyst contract, and the Client and Resonance rules, regulations, and procedures. Project Assistant, Catalyst Project

Manager, Agriculture, Competitiveness & Trade

Senior Lead Trainer, PEPSE (Consultant)

Resonance is seeking a consultant to serve as Senior Lead Trainer for the USAID-funded PEPSE project.  As the prime implementer of the USAID-funded Promoting Excellence in Private Sector Engagement (PEPSE) program, Resonance supports a range of activities under the auspices of the U.S. Global Development Lab’s Center of Transformational Partnership (CTP) and the Agency’s Mission, Bureaus, and Independent Offices (MBIOs) and facilitates access to communications, technical and institutional support services that facilitate building partnerships with the private sector to achieve sustainable development impact.  CTP conducts Private Sector Engagement (PSE) and Private Capital and Microenterprise (PCM) trainings for various Bureaus, Missions, and Independent Operating Units (MBIOs) as well as USAID implementers. Call For Consultants, WARIDI Project

The Tanzania Water Resources Integration Development Initiative (WARIDI) is an Activity of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Tanzania that seeks to improve health, water resources management, agriculture, climate change adaptation, and environmental conservation. WARIDI, working eventually in 20 administrative districts in the Wami-Ruvu and Rufiji river basins, has three components, or results that seek to: Increase utilization of sustainable multiple-use water and sanitation services; Strengthen governance for sustainable and resilient management of water resources and services considering the need to adapt to climate change; and Increase livelihoods through private sector investment opportunities for sustainable water services and resource management. WARIDI has partnered with eWATERpay (http://www.ewaterpay.com) to pilot a new, pre-paid digital water meter in Mvumi and Msowero COWSOs in Kilosa LGA. The meters were installed in 21 (Mvumi) and 26 (Msowero) community water points in December 2018. WARIDI project partner Resonance is leading the partnership coordination with eWATERpay, and Resonance conducted a baseline survey and interviews to inform the pilot in October 2018 and an interim pilot check in survey in March 2019. In August 2019, WARIDI and eWATERpay wish to engage a third-party evaluation team leader (consultant) to conduct a final evaluation of the eWATERpay-WARIDI pilots in Mvumi and Msowero. Objectives of the Assignment: Key objectives for this short-term technical assistance (STTA) evaluation team leader (consultant) include: Evaluation team leader works with the eWATERpay and WARIDI teams to design a final evaluation scope of work that builds effectively on the baseline study and the interim pilot review an identifies key successes, failures, lessons learned, and unintended consequences of the eWATERpay technology pilots in Mvumi and Msowero. Evaluation team leader designs and executes a final evaluation that makes use of a variety of data points and perspectives, including project partners (eWATERpay, WARIDI), the eWATERpay technology dashboard and cloud data, COWSO management, COWSO revenue and costs records over and pre-dating the pilot period, and the perspectives of community water users and vulnerable groups. Evaluation team leader produces a well-written and comprehensive final report – with input from project partners – that effectively evaluates the key success and challenges and lessons learned from the eWATERpay pilots in Mvumi and Msowero, drawing comprehensively and accurately from rich evaluation data.

Chief Of Party, USAID's Zambia Alternatives To Charcoal

Resonance is currently seeking a Chief of Party (COP) candidates to propose for an upcoming 5-year USAID-funded Zambia Alternatives to Charcoal project.
