About Owen
Owen is Senior Manager, Sustainability Initiatives with the Resonance Impact Advisory (RIA) team. He is passionate about driving sustainability, transparency, and nature-positive supply chains, particularly in the agri-food sector.
Owen draws from previous experience as a consultant with S&P Global’s agribusiness consulting team, advising clients on a range of market and technical issues in the US and global food, agriculture, agri-input and renewable energy sectors. Previously, Owen was an economist with World Wildlife Fund, where he led market intelligence and supply chain research for high deforestation-risk agricultural commodities under a large program supporting sustainable development in beef, soy, and palm oil supply chains while preserving tropical ecosystems. He was also a research analyst with the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
Owen holds an M.A. in International Economics from American University’s School of International Service, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Western Washington University. He is based in Seattle, Washington.
