About Christian
Christian is the Director of the Project Delivery Unit at Resonance. He has 26 years of experience managing diverse contract types of USAID-funded projects, including ten years managing projects directly in the field. Served as Chief of Party of USAID/Colombia’s $68 million Land and Rural Development Program (LRDP) and of USAID/Bolivia’s $54 million Rural Competitiveness Activity (ARCo). Proven experience leading administration, finance, compliance, and operations teams as a Deputy Chief of Party for LRDP, ARCo, and the USAID-funded Policy Enhancement and Productivity project in Honduras. Strong home office experience backstopping Washington, D.C. based and overseas projects from start-up to close-out, with a thorough understanding of USAID rules and regulations. Christian has extensive technical experience in economic growth, land and property rights, local government service delivery, community engagement, as well as crime and violence prevention. His career has largely focused on Latin America and he’s bilingual in English and Spanish.
