As Director of Natural Capital at Resonance, Charlotte leads the firm’s work on partnerships, private sector engagement, finance, and innovation across a variety of environmental program areas, including natural resource management, sustainable fisheries, resilience, biodiversity, land management, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).
Charlotte has more than ten years of experience working at the nexus of global development, resilience, and land use with diverse clients and partners including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Bank, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, private organizations, and national and local governments. Prior to joining Resonance, she managed and implemented several large development programs, including USAID’s Climate Change Resilience Development (CCRD) and Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment, and Resilience (CEADIR) projects, as well as Millennium Challenge Account-Indonesia’s Participatory Mapping and Planning project. Charlotte holds an MS in natural resource management, an MPP in international policy from the University of Michigan, and a BS in environmental science from the University of Delaware.
