About Anna

Anna Casey is a private sector engagement (PSE) specialist and seasoned project manager with a passion for cross-sector collaboration to address pressing development challenges. She brings 12 years of experience managing projects in emerging markets for a range of clients including USAID and other bilateral government agencies, as well as multinational companies.

As Deputy Director – Technical for Resonance’s Project Delivery Unit, Anna leads design and implementation of PSE and partnership development activities for USAID projects; advises clients on strategy and execution to catalyze, streamline and implement approaches to PSE and cross-sector collaboration; and drives technical excellence across Resonance’s Government Services projects and teams. Anna’s PSE work spans a range of technical areas including supply chain transparency, fair labor, education, youth workforce development, and women’s economic empowerment.

Anna has an M.A. in International Development from American University and a B.A. in Communications from Boston College.
